I had a delightful stay at Apartaestudios Los Andes. The location in Usaquen is superb, with a wonderful Carulla market and a cozy vegan cafe just a stroll away. The room was meticulously clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist.
Traffic can be bothersome.

The standard twin room was clean, and I appreciated the daily towel service. The attentive doorman made me feel welcomed, and the location felt safe and inviting. However, street noise was noticeable at times, and the limited kitchen amenities didn’t meet cooking needs for longer stays. Also, be prepared for a bit of a commute due to traffic if you plan on venturing into the city center.

We had a lovely time exploring Usaquen, which is charming! The kids enjoyed the nearby Carulla market, and the staff were friendly and accommodating for our large family. The room was spacious enough for us and offered a comfy setup for snacks.
My kids wished for better soundproofing from outside noise.

great service but noisy outside
The staff, particularly Katarin, Don Jose, and Don Manuel, provided exceptional service! Having the bulldog mascot, Tokio, around added a fun touch to the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Carulla market and a delightful vegan cafe nearby. The room offered a wonderful mountain view that was so refreshing each morning.
Street noise could be distracting at times.

Clean and friendly stay in Usaquén
Had a solid 8-night stay. The room was really clean, and the staff, especially Manuel, was super nice and made me feel welcome. I loved having a snack bar nearby for quick bites. Just a heads up, the bed was a bit small, so taller folks might wanna consider that!

great staff but noise issues
The staff provided excellent service, particularly Katarin, Don Jose, and Don Manuel who were always helpful and friendly. The location was really ideal, allowing quick access to Carulla market and a fantastic vegan cafe just down the street. I loved waking up to the mountain view every morning.
Street noise was noticeable, making it hard to fully relax.

The location feels safe and has immediate access to nearby attractions, making it a prime spot for exploring. Clean bathrooms with powerful showers add a nice touch to the experience.
The restaurant isn't part of the hotel, yet they promote it heavily, with food prices that don't reflect quality. Noise levels are a real issue, with chatter from the parking lot and guests lingering late into the night, making it difficult to rest. The limited amenities in the kitchenette area don't really suffice for any serious meal prep, leaving you wanting more if you're staying a while.

I enjoyed the comfy room and the delicious breakfast options, but the internet was really spotty. I'd happily return here for the overall experience!
